PROJECT INTRODUCTION
This reference design is a 3KW push-pull converter and Buck DC/DCconverter with input range 20-30Vdc, output 450V-700V.Interleavedparallel push-pull topology reduce current ripple on input capacitor;SiC diode alleviate reverse recovery loss; Buck converter converts thepush-pull output to 450-700V adjustable; Peak current control modewith cycle-by-cycle current limiting function improves the reliability ofthe system.
