PROJECT INTRODUCTION
This reference solution is based on Wolfspeed discrete SiC devices inmultiple parallel to reach up to 200kW power. DSP digital controlsthe permanent magnet synchronous motor, and APL self-developedhigh power SiC drive core directly drives the six parallel SiC devices. The system is designed with a independent drive board to improvethe driver imbalance problem. SiC devices improves the systemefficiency and increases the range of electric vehicles by 10%.
