PROJECT INTRODUTION
This solution is 50kW board-level motor driver based on WolfspeedSiC device, which is used to drive the ROV propulsion motor. Fulldigital control and uses the SiC drive core with Miller clamp and shortcircuit protection developed by APL, which greatly improve thesystem reliability
