PROJECTINTRODUCTIO
This project is 6KW three channels interleaved parallel PFC, withinput range 176Vac~264Vac, rated output 390Vdc/15.4A. The 3channels 120°interleaved operation significantly reduces highfrequency ripple current on the input DC BUS and the outputcapacitor; Switch frequency is set as 60KHz; Peak efficiency is up to97.6%.

FEATURES

· Three channels 120' interleaved, smaller input & output current ripple;

· Smaller inductor volume, total volume is only 1/3 of the single PFC;

· Inductor volume is reduced by 66% compared with the traditional 20llow frequency IGBT PFC;

· The loss is evenly distributed and the thermal design is simple;

· Full protection, including input UVLO, output ovP and 2 levels OCP

· Small volume( 148mm*250mm*50mm), high power density(50W/inch^3);
